🔬 What It Demonstrates
Forage availability depends on both restoration effort and season: woodland blossoms in spring, moorland heather blooms in autumn, coastal thrift peaks in summer, and urban planters give a thin but year-round supply. Forager bees only fly to biomes that are actually blooming.
🎮 How to Use
Raise the restoration slider to add wildflowers, extra trees and hedgerow corridors linking every biome back to the hive. Switch seasons to see which biome carries the colony, focus on one biome at a time, and toggle forager bees to watch flight activity track the forage score.

A single mature hedgerow can bridge nectar gaps across almost the entire active season, which is why hedgerow and wildflower-margin restoration is one of the most effective community projects for securing local forage.
