This simulation models a real manufacturing line as a mass-and-energy balance: raw units enter at Cutting, pass through Assembly and Quality Control, and either ship as finished goods, loop back through a recycling arc as reclaimed feedstock, or fall into the landfill bin as unrecoverable scrap. Four controls — production rate, process defect rate, scrap recycling rate and renewable energy mix — drive both the animated 3D flow and a live set of sustainability gauges (landfill waste in kg/hr, CO2 emissions in kg/hr, and overall material efficiency), the same levers a lean-manufacturing or circular-economy audit tunes on a real production floor.
