Piezo Inkjet Droplet Ejection Dynamics (2D)

2D companion to the 3D piezo inkjet nozzle: the same bipolar pull-push waveform and Ohnesorge-number physics, read off a live side-view cross-section, a synced drive-voltage strip chart and a droplet formation trace.

This is the 2D counterpart to the 3D piezo inkjet nozzle scene, computing the identical bipolar pull-push waveform and Ohnesorge-number physics through a flat side-view cross-section and a scrolling drive-voltage chart instead of a rendered 3D nozzle. Adjust drive voltage, dwell time, ink viscosity and surface tension and watch the dimensionless Ohnesorge number decide the outcome in real time — no ejection when viscosity dominates, a clean single droplet in the printable window, or a main droplet plus a trailing satellite when the ligament outruns surface tension's ability to pinch it off cleanly.
