This simulator models the steady energy balance of such a slurry flowing through a uniformly heated pipe, animates the microcapsules travelling from a cool inlet to a hot outlet while colour-coding their real-time melt state, and lets you compare the outlet temperature against a plain-water baseline carrying the same flow rate and the same heater power — the core trade-off engineers tune when sizing PCM slurry loops for district cooling and high-density electronics thermal management.
