⚡ DC Fast Charging Lab: The CC–CV Curve, C-Rate, Heat and Lithium-Plating Limits

Charge a generic electric car on a generic DC charger: equivalent-circuit lithium-ion cell model, CC-CV charging curve, C-rate, pack heating and cooling, why preconditioning helps, and a lithium-plating risk indicator.

Charge a generic electric car on a generic DC charger with an equivalent-circuit lithium-ion pack model: the CC–CV charging curve, C-rate, temperature-dependent resistance, pack heating and cooling, the benefit of preconditioning, a qualitative lithium-plating risk indicator and illustrative per-session ageing. Unlike the existing battery charge/discharge-curve and thermal-runaway pages, it models the charger power, cable-current and BMS limits that shape a real fast-charge session; educational only, with Blender-built assets.
