Interactive 3D AC generator: a coil of wire spins inside a uniform magnetic field on slip rings and brushes, and Faraday's law turns that rotation into a live sinusoidal EMF you can graph, load, and tune.
Every alternator, turbogenerator and bicycle dynamo relies on one mechanic: spin a coil of wire inside a magnetic field and Faraday's law does the rest. This simulator renders a real 3D coil turning between fixed magnet poles on slip rings and carbon brushes, computing the changing flux Φ(t) = NBA·cos(ωt) every frame and deriving the induced EMF ε(t) = −dΦ/dt = NBAω·sin(ωt) from first principles — no canned waveform. A scrolling oscilloscope-style graph plots the live sinusoidal voltage, the coil itself glows and darkens with the sign and magnitude of the current, and four sliders (rotation speed, field strength, coil turns, load resistance) let you see exactly how each term in the generator equation shapes the output.
