🧺 Selling Honey at Farmers Markets, Shops and Country Shows
An interactive 3D sales-channel model — set your jar price, monthly honey supply, stall fees, retailer commission and show frequency, and watch honey get allocated across farmers markets, farm shops, specialist retailers and country shows for maximum profit.
An interactive 3D market square models four real sales channels side by side — farmers market, farm shop, specialist retailer and country show — and automatically routes your monthly honey supply to whichever channel currently pays best, showing the resulting profit and unsold surplus live.
🔬 What It Demonstrates
Farmers markets and shows pay full price minus a flat stall/pitch fee but have limited daily capacity; shops and specialist retailers take a commission but can steadily sell far more volume without you being present. The model allocates jars to the best net-margin channel first, then the next, until supply or capacity runs out.
🎮 How to Use
Set your jar price, monthly honey supply, market stall fee, shop/retailer commission and how many shows you attend. Watch each stall's honey-jar tower and glowing profit pillar respond, and check the allocation-priority readout to see which channel is winning.
💡 Did You Know?
Raising retailer commission or stall fees can flip the ranking entirely — a channel that looked marginal at low commission can become your best option once a shop's cut eats too far into the wholesale price.
