🔬 What It Demonstrates

Every honey lot differs in moisture and colour depending on its floral source. Blending is how packers average those differences out into one consistent, repeatable product — but only once the batch is thoroughly agitated to full homogeneity.

🎮 How to Use

Set the ratio of Lot A, B and C feeding the blend tank and choose a stirrer speed. Watch the moisture and colour gauges move live, and see whether the finished batch lands inside the green target band.

💡 Did You Know?

Honey above roughly 20% moisture is prone to fermentation in storage — one reason SOPs blend a wetter lot with a drier one rather than rejecting it outright.
