Global Grain Shock: Food Security & Geopolitics (2D)

This 2D companion drives the exact same trade-network model as the 3D version through a flat, schematic map built for reading the numbers rather than orbiting a scene: four exporting nations (Ukraine, Russia, USA, India) sit across the top and left, four import-dependent nations (Egypt, Nigeria, Bangladesh, Yemen) sit across the bottom and right, and curved routes between them carry moving dots sized by actual cargo flow. A live price-history strip beneath the map traces the global price index as you release, hold, or reverse a shock, and a food-security bar for every importer shows exactly how close each nation is to crisis.
