Autopsy-Confirmed Diagnostic Discrepancy Registry: 3D Pipeline

Orbit a full 3D pipeline where clinical and autopsy diagnoses flow, pair, and classify in real depth — watch Goldman-class discrepancies file into a live 3D concordance-trend registry.

This simulation renders the registry's five-stage workflow — intake, autopsy examination, paired comparison, Goldman classification, and ledger filing — as a real three-dimensional tunnel you can freely orbit and zoom through, rather than a flat sequence of screens. Clinical (antemortem) and autopsy (postmortem) diagnoses travel down parallel rails in real depth, connect with a comparison beam once both are known, and are graded by the same Goldman-schema probabilities used in the 2D original, with the running concordance trend plotted as a live 3D line at the far end of the pipeline. The autopsy rate slider controls how often new cases enter the pipeline, the classification threshold slider (Lenient/Balanced/Strict) shifts the major/minor discordance probabilities exactly as in the source simulation, and a simulation-speed slider is added so you can slow down to inspect a single case's journey or speed up to watch the trend line accumulate across a full cohort.

⚙ Under the hood

Cases spawn stochastically at a rate set by the autopsy-rate slider, are graded major/minor/concordant using the same probability formula as the 2D registry simulator (P(major)=0.10+threshold·0.04, P(minor)=0.14+threshold·0.03), and are filed into a live 3D ledger with a growing bar chart and a running concordance-trend line.
