Dynamic Data Masking: Role-Based Column Redaction

Interactive 3D dynamic-data-masking engine: watch a database table redact or reveal columns in real time as a masking policy applies per-role rules and a regulatory sensitivity floor, with live exposure-risk and audit-trail readouts.

A database table's rows and columns render as a live 3D grid of cells, colored by whether the requesting role currently sees that column in the clear, redacted, or fully masked. Simulated read queries sweep the table at a controllable rate, each one evaluated against a real masking-policy formula: a per-role base policy combined with a regulatory sensitivity floor that can override even a database administrator's own permissions. Switching roles, dragging the compliance floor, or toggling audit logging updates the grid and the exposure-risk score instantly, making the trade-off between usability and data protection visible rather than abstract.
