Cloud estates accumulate storage faster than anyone can track by hand: sanctioned buckets and databases sit alongside forgotten backups and test-data clones that IT never inventoried. This simulator visualizes a DSPM scanner sweeping a mixed estate of storage nodes — including a handful of unlabeled "shadow data" copies — running pattern-matching classifiers to discover PII, PCI and PHI content as it goes. Each discovery feeds a live risk map that weighs sensitivity against public access exposure and missing encryption, surfacing the handful of nodes that combine all three into a critical finding. Filter by data type and re-run the scan to see how the risk map rebuilds itself from scratch every pass.
