Disinformation Source Verification Lab

Interactive OSINT verification simulator: fuse independent evidence signals — geolocation/EXIF consistency, domain age, archive snapshot diffs, cross-source corroboration, author credentials — into a live Bayesian trust score for a disputed claim.

Debunking a viral claim rarely comes down to one smoking gun — real OSINT teams cross-check geolocation and EXIF metadata against the claimed scene, look up how old and reputable the publishing domain is, diff the page against its earliest Archive.org snapshot, count independent corroborating sources, and check whether cited "experts" hold real credentials. This lab renders each of those checks as a live evidence node orbiting a disputed claim in 3D, fuses whichever sources you keep active into a single Bayesian log-odds trust score, and lets you dial in a reliability threshold and a data-quality noise level to see how an investigation's confidence degrades when evidence is thin, weak, or unreliable.
