Identity Lifecycle Automation 2D: Joiner-Mover-Leaver Simulator

Interactive 2D simulation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) lifecycle automation: watch employee accounts get provisioned across Active Directory, Cloud Apps and VPN on a flat lane diagram, then track how manual deprovisioning leaves orphaned accounts behind after departure versus automated SCIM cleanup.

Identity and Access Management lives or dies on one unglamorous process: what happens to an account the day someone leaves. This 2D lane diagram renders 30 employee "slots" as vertical stacks — an HR directory record at the bottom with mirrored accounts rising through Active Directory, Cloud Apps and VPN — and runs a real joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle across them. Employees join and depart on a Poisson-style schedule you control, and every account then has to be provisioned and, eventually, deprovisioned. Switch SCIM automation off and watch manual tickets queue up with a memoryless completion hazard, leaving a trail of glowing red orphaned accounts behind departed employees; switch it on and see the same workforce turnover clear almost instantly. Live readouts track active accounts, orphaned accounts and the measured average deprovisioning time, turning an abstract compliance checkbox into a visible, controllable risk surface you can pan and zoom into.
