Subscription Payment Retry Cascade
Interactive 3D dunning simulator: watch a subscriber ring get billed each cycle, decline for insufficient funds, expired cards or fraud blocks, and get retried on a dunning schedule — tune the retry cadence and decline mix and watch recovery rate and involuntary churn respond live.
Mobile subscription apps lose a meaningful slice of recurring revenue not to cancellations but to involuntary churn — a card that silently declines at renewal time. This simulator models the dunning process that mobile payment stacks (StoreKit, Google Play Billing, and gateway-level tools like Stripe Smart Retries) run to win that revenue back: a ring of 180 subscribers, each billed on its own day of a 30-day cycle, declines for a mix of insufficient-funds, expired-card, and fraud-block reasons, then gets retried on a configurable schedule whose timing — not just its attempt count — determines whether the charge ultimately recovers or the subscriber is lost for good.
Watch a ring of 180 mobile subscribers get billed each cycle, decline for insufficient funds, expired cards or fraud blocks, and get retried on a configurable dunning schedule while recovery rate, involuntary churn and recovered revenue update live.
