Mobile Performance Test Gate: Cold Start & Frame Budget (2D)

A mobile testing strategy is more than a unit/integration/UI test pyramid — it also has to gate performance. This flat 2D companion draws a Gantt timeline of a cold-start sequence (process fork through first frame) whose total duration is checked against Android's 5-second "excessive launch time" threshold, then switches into a scrolling frame-time strip where each bar's height is a sampled frame duration, colour-coded against the 60fps/30fps budget. Tune device tier, cold-start work and GC pressure to see how a slow device or a leaky build blows the dropped-frame and jank budgets, and watch the CI performance gate flip between PASS and FAIL exactly as an automated performance test would in a real mobile pipeline.
