Mobile App Store Staged Rollout Simulator (2D)
A top-down 2D grid of a live mobile device population as a staged App Store / Google Play rollout ramps a new build through percentage waves, monitors a rolling crash-free rate, and automatically halts and rolls back when crashes exceed your safety threshold.
Mobile CI/CD pipelines rarely ship a build to 100% of users in one step — App Store and Google Play staged rollouts release to a growing slice of the installed base while a release-health gate watches the crash-free rate. This 2D companion renders a live population of devices as a flat grid: each cell is sampled into the rollout as the staged percentage curve advances (1% → 5% → 25% → 50% → 100%), rolls a real crash probability on first launch of the new build, and turns blue (healthy) or red (crashed). A rolling crash-free-rate monitor automatically halts the pipeline the moment it drops below your safety threshold, and a rollback control reverts every updated device back to the previous build — the same automated kill-switch mechanic real mobile release pipelines use to limit blast radius.
