Long before a volcano erupts, the ground above its magma reservoir often rises — sometimes by centimeters, sometimes by meters — as pressurized magma pushes into the crust. This simulator renders that process with the Mogi (1958) point-source model, the same elastic half-space math real observatories use to interpret GPS and InSAR ground-deformation data. Tune the reservoir's depth, radius and magma influx rate to watch a 3D terrain dome upward in real time, read live uplift and horizontal-displacement values at a simulated monitoring station, and trigger an eruption to see the classic co-eruptive deflation signal as stored pressure releases.
