This simulator models a startup with a fixed cash reserve and burn rate, then hands you three coupled levers — cost-cutting, pivot investment, and team investment — plus a fundraising round you can attempt when the signals line up. Every month advances the model with a governing formula (see "How it works"), and the 3D scene renders the outcome directly: a shrinking or growing coin tower for cash, and two live gauge bars for market fit and morale, so you can see cause and effect instead of just reading numbers.
