🧪 Combat Sports Boxing Technique Simulation

Interactive 3D boxing biomechanics simulator: throw a jab, cross, hook or uppercut and watch the kinetic chain -- hip rotation, torso twist and arm extension -- generate fist velocity and impact force on a heavy bag, with live impulse-momentum readouts.

This simulation teaches the fundamental techniques of boxing -- stance, footwork, and punch delivery -- by modelling the biomechanical kinetic chain that generates punching power: sequential rotation from hips to torso to shoulder to arm. Throw a jab, cross, lead hook or rear uppercut from an orthodox or southpaw stance, control how completely the hips and body weight transfer into the strike, and watch the fist's measured velocity translate into a real impulse-momentum impact force on a heavy bag that swings like a damped pendulum. Live readouts track fist velocity at the instant of contact, the resulting average impact force, and the peak hip rotation angle for each punch, making the abstract idea of "punching with your hips, not just your arm" directly measurable.

⚙ Under the hood

This simulation teaches the fundamental techniques of boxing, including stance, footwork, and punch delivery. It provides a hands-on experience to understand the mechanics of a successful boxing technique.
