🎮 How to Use

Drag the Month slider through the year and watch the threshold line move on the chart. Set a Mite load and Colony population, then check whether the gauge reads green (below threshold) or red (treat now) for that season.

Autumn thresholds are tightened not because raw mite counts spike, but because mites feeding on that generation's "winter bees" spread deformed wing virus into the long-lived cluster the colony depends on to survive winter.
