🥚 Egg Incubator Lab: Temperature, Humidity, Turning and Hatch Timing

Run a 24-egg forced-air incubator through the 21-day chicken timeline: a PID or on/off thermostat holds the air near 37.5 °C, Fick diffusion through the shell pores sets egg-mass loss (target 11-14 % by day 18), turning and humidity deviations change hatch rate, and a candling and cutaway egg shows the embryo day by day.
