Industrial biocatalysis rarely buys its cofactors by the mole — instead a second, coupled enzyme regenerates the expensive reduced cofactor in place, so a catalytic trace turns over the whole substrate pool. This simulator models that loop directly: a ketoreductase site consumes NADPH to make product while a glucose dehydrogenase site spends glucose to regenerate it, with real Michaelis-Menten kinetics, a Q10 temperature rule and a live cofactor turnover-number readout driving a 3D shuttle of cofactor particles between the two active sites.
