Hammerhead Shark School Coordination (2D)

2D top-down hammerhead shark school lab: cohesion / alignment / separation boids rules hold the group together, a coordination slider models electrosensory formation-keeping, and clicking the water triggers a scatter-and-regroup.

This 2D companion strips the hammerhead school's flocking mechanic out of its 3D reef scene into a plain top-down view: cohesion, alignment and separation rules hold up to 56 sharks in formation, a turbulence slider adds a wandering ocean current, and a coordination slider — standing in for the school's electrosensory awareness of its neighbors — controls how tightly it resists scattering. Clicking the water drops a fright point the whole school bolts away from before regrouping, and the readouts track cohesion, average speed and neighbor spacing live.
