Government Procurement Consolidation Optimizer
Watch purchase requests from multiple agencies pool into one consolidated government order in real time. Tune the consolidation window and demand load, and see how waiting longer crosses volume-discount tiers but adds holding cost.
Individual agency purchase requests rarely qualify for a supplier's best volume pricing on their own. This simulator models a government cooperative-purchasing office pooling requests from several agencies into one consolidated order: crates representing each request fly in and stack inside a central silo, the fill height tracks the running unit total, and colored tiers mark the volume-discount thresholds a real supplier contract would offer. A consolidation-window control lets you trade off waiting longer for a deeper discount against the daily holding cost of an unshipped batch, with live readouts for units accumulated, the active discount tier, and cumulative net savings versus buying separately.
