Ideas spawn continuously and travel toward four sequential gates — Validation, MVP Build, Product-Market Fit and Scale — each a probabilistic checkpoint whose pass rate you control directly. The funnel's own geometry narrows at every gate to match the shrinking survivor count, so the compounding effect of four independent Bernoulli trials (P = p₁·p₂²·p₄) becomes something you can watch happen rather than just calculate.
