Requirements Traceability & Change Impact Simulator
Interactive systems-engineering simulator: trigger a change request on a requirement, watch it propagate through interfaces to test cases, and run verification passes to see traceability coverage, open ECRs and verification debt evolve.
Space systems engineering lives or dies on traceability: every requirement must map through an interface or design element to a test that proves it was met, and every change to that chain has to be tracked, re-verified and closed out. This simulator visualizes the full requirement → interface → test-case graph of a small mission baseline. Click a requirement to raise a change request (ECR) and watch the impact ripple downstream through the interfaces it touches to the tests that once verified them, turning traceability coverage from green to red. Run a verification pass to re-test everything that went stale — how much comes back clean depends on the V&V rigor you dial in — or flip on autoplay to see how a steady stream of change requests keeps verification debt from ever reaching zero.
Trigger a change request on a mission requirement and watch it propagate through interface elements to test cases in a 3D traceability graph, then run verification passes to see coverage, open ECRs and verification debt recover.
