🦾 3D CAR-T Cell Engineering
Gene-edited CAR-T cells hunt and lyse cancer cells in real 3D WebGL space — the same CAR affinity, T-cell dose and IL-2 boost math as the 2D original, now orbitable in three dimensions.
A gene-edited CAR-T workforce, rendered as icosahedral cell bodies in Three.js/WebGL, patrols a bounded 3D arena and pursues the nearest alive cancer cell using the same attraction-strength formula as the 2D model — scaled by CAR affinity and IL-2 boost. Contact damage, exhaustion (energy depletion with IL-2-accelerated recovery), tumor division and kill particle bursts all run identical numbers to the 2D original, just resolved in x/y/z instead of x/y. CAR receptors render as Y-shaped antennas, antigen density as surface dots, and each CAR-T's remaining energy as a live partial ring — orbit the arena to watch the hunt from any angle.
