A Morris–Thorne wormhole has a throat of radius b₀ joining two asymptotically flat universes. The shape function r(ℓ)=√(b₀²+ℓ²) gives the famous two-funnel embedding. Light passing near the throat is lensed; the colour you see on the surface is the sky on the other side, sampled by ray direction.
