👁️ 3D High Myopia Complications Simulator

A rotatable 3D eye model in real WebGL — axial elongation, retinal thinning, macular atrophy and optic-nerve cupping, driven by the same diopter/age risk formulas as the 2D original.

A genuine rotatable eye model rendered in Three.js/WebGL elongates along its optical axis exactly as the 2D original’s axial-length formula prescribes, thinning the retina layer’s opacity as myopia degree rises. Stepping through the same five clinical stages reveals matching 3D overlays — peripheral thinning arcs, a pulsing tear/detachment flap, a glowing macular atrophy patch, and an optic-nerve cupping ring — while the retinal detachment multiplier, macular degeneration risk and glaucoma risk elevation readouts use the identical diopter/age formulas as the 2D simulator.
