Multi-Source Open-Data Fusion: ACLED, ADS-B, AIS & GDELT (2D)

2D geospatial fusion lab on a flat equirectangular map: simulated ACLED conflict clusters, GDELT news flashes, great-circle ADS-B flights and AIS shipping lanes are correlated with real haversine great-circle distance, driving a live precision/recall trade-off chart.

This 2D companion drives the same multi-source geospatial fusion logic as the 3D globe on a plain equirectangular map: ACLED conflict clusters emit GDELT news flashes, ADS-B aircraft fly true great-circle routes and AIS vessels crawl shipping lanes, and every flash is checked against every live track with the real haversine great-circle formula rather than a screen-space approximation. A fusion-radius slider and a rolling correlation-rate chart make the precision/recall trade-off that drives real open-source-intelligence pipelines directly readable instead of implied.
