High-Speed Train Simulator (2D)
A side-view cab drive of the same Aeroline traction/braking/drag physics as the 3D version — work the power-brake controller or hand off to AFB cruise control and watch the line-speed limit change as you pass each curve and the station approach.
This 2D companion runs the same traction, aerodynamic-drag and gradient-resistance equations as the 3D Aeroline cab through a plain side-view canvas: a power/brake controller (or the AFB cruise-control loop, driven toward a target speed you set) determines motor traction and braking force, which are balanced against speed-squared drag and the current track gradient to produce acceleration, while curve and station-approach zones further down the route automatically lower the enforced line-speed limit as you get closer to Geneva.
2D side-view high-speed train cab with real traction/drag/gradient physics, AFB cruise control, and distance-based curve speed limits, mirroring the 3D version's driver model.
