Shingrix Efficacy-by-Age Simulator (3D)
3D companion to the Shingrix efficacy-by-age simulator: the same clinical-trial efficacy and antibody-titer formulas, now orbiting in a real Three.js WebGL scene — drag to orbit a 3D immune-response field and a set of extruded 3D efficacy bars, with a new years-since-dose-2 slider for long-term decay.
The 2D original plots antibody-titer particles and an age-stratified efficacy bar chart on a flat canvas. This 3D companion keeps the exact same trial-derived numbers — 97.6% efficacy in the 50–70 age band, 91.3% at 70+, 91.4% at 80+, and the 1x → 42x → 98x antibody-titer scaling per dose — but renders them as a real orbitable Three.js scene: immune agents sweep around a 3D patient core on true spherical trajectories, the efficacy chart is extruded into three walkaround 3D bars against a dashed 90%-threshold reference plane, and antibody-titer bursts are integrated with genuine 3D velocity and gravity vectors instead of 2D canvas sprites. A new third slider, Years Since Dose 2, extends the original two-parameter model with published long-term follow-up data, decaying peak efficacy toward the ~84.7% pooled figure reported at year four.
3D companion to the Shingrix efficacy-by-age simulator: identical AGE_EFF / DOSE_TITER trial data driving a real Three.js scene — orbiting immune-agent field, extruded 3D efficacy bars, and 3D-integrated antibody-titer burst particles — plus a long-term decay slider derived from published 4-year follow-up efficacy.
