3D Companion — Orbit the Immune Response
This is the full 3D companion to the Shingrix Efficacy-by-Age Simulator: the same clinical-trial efficacy numbers (97.6% ages 50–70, 91.3% ages 70+, 91.4% ages 80+) and the same antibody-titer scaling per dose (1x → 42x → 98x), now rendered as a real orbitable 3D scene with a Three.js WebGL renderer instead of a flat canvas.
What is genuinely 3D here
The immune-agent field orbits the patient core along true spherical trajectories (not billboarded 2D sprites), the age-group efficacy chart is extruded into real 3D bars you can walk around, and antibody-titer burst particles are integrated with 3D velocity and gravity vectors.
New: long-term decay
A third slider — Years Since Dose 2 — extends the original two-parameter model with published long-term follow-up data: pooled efficacy across age groups declines from its post-dose-2 peak toward roughly 84.7% by year 4, applied here as a per-age-group linear decay once the two-dose series is complete.
