🔬 What It Demonstrates

Farmers markets and shows pay full price minus a flat stall/pitch fee but have limited daily capacity; shops and specialist retailers take a commission but can steadily sell far more volume without you being present. The model allocates jars to the best net-margin channel first, then the next, until supply or capacity runs out.
