🍄 3D MDMA Cardiovascular & Hyperthermia Risk Monitor

An orbitable 3D bedside monitor scene where a pulsing heart, a fillable thermometer column, a sweeping blood-pressure dial and a glowing cardiac-strain ring all drive off the same minutes-since-dose time-course physiology model as the 2D version — now with an individual-sensitivity control that scales the whole response curve.

This 3D companion keeps the exact minutes-since-dose physiology model of the 2D version — heart rate, systolic/diastolic pressure and core temperature all rise and fall on the same onset → peak → recovery curve, amplified by ambient heat and physical activity — but renders it around a schematic bedside patient in an orbitable scene instead of flat canvas gauges. A heart above the chest pulses at the actual computed heart rate, with a live ECG ribbon tracing the same waveform shape as the 2D monitor; a thermometer column beside the bed fills to the computed core temperature and carries a marked ring at the 39.5°C hyperthermia threshold; a blood-pressure dial sweeps its needle across the systolic range; and a cardiac-strain ring around the patient brightens and pulses faster as strain climbs. A third slider — individual sensitivity — scales the whole response curve up or down, letting you compare a blunted versus an exaggerated physiological reaction to the same dose timeline and environment.

⚙ Under the hood

3D bedside MDMA cardiovascular/hyperthermia monitor: an orbitable Three.js scene where a pulsing heart, ECG ribbon, thermometer column, BP dial and cardiac-strain ring all read off the same minutes-since-dose physiology model as the 2D version, with an added individual-sensitivity multiplier.
