This 2D companion swaps the 3D original's decorative "legislation pipeline" dashboard for the real biology of honeybee house-hunting: a homeless swarm sends out scouts to two candidate nest sites, each scout dances for her find with intensity proportional to its quality, dancers recruit more scouts (positive feedback), and bees committed to the stronger site stop-signal rivals at the weaker one (negative feedback) — until one site's population crosses a quorum and the whole colony commits, exactly as Thomas Seeley's field studies describe.
