Queen Rearing Methods Compared (2D)
2D queen-rearing lab: the same acceptance-rate model as the 3D hives, plotted as a live success-vs-larva-age curve for Grafting, Miller, Doolittle and the Cloake board, with a tunable batch-yield readout.
This 2D companion drives the same acceptance-rate model as the 3D hive rigs — Grafting, Miller, Doolittle and the Cloake board — through a plain canvas readout built for reading the numbers rather than orbiting a scene: a live curve plots each method's success rate across the full 4–60 hour larva-age range with a marker at your current setting, and a batch-yield panel converts each method's percentage into an expected count of capped queen cells for the batch size you choose, so the age-sensitivity differences between grafting-dependent methods and the far more forgiving Miller method are visible as whole curves rather than single snapshots.
