POCUS AI Guidance (3D)
The same probe-navigation, quality-coaching and view-matching formulas as the 2D original — a real probe steering through genuine 3D anatomical target windows on a torso, with a live quality-textured ultrasound screen you can orbit and inspect.
Point-of-care ultrasound AI guidance rests on a compact pipeline: a probe-navigation vector steers the operator's hand toward the correct anatomical window, a real-time quality score coaches gain/depth/alignment until the frame is diagnostic, a view-recognition classifier confirms which standard view was captured, an interpretation model flags the protocol's key finding, and a positive finding escalates to a remote physician. This 3D companion keeps every formula from the 2D original — probe lerp speed scaled by operator experience, the same per-frame quality gain, the same nearest-neighbor view-match score — and renders them against real 3D anatomical target positions (RUQ, subxiphoid, lateral thorax) on a torso mesh, with the live ultrasound frame drawn as a texture on an actual 3D screen plane rather than a flat overlay.
Real probe-navigation, quality-coaching and view-matching math — probe.pos += (target.pos − probe.pos) × speed, quality += 0.0025×(1+experience×0.5) per frame, match% = clamp(quality×105−8, 0, 99) — driving genuine 3D positions on a torso mesh and a texture-mapped ultrasound screen, identical to the 2D original's formulas.
