💊 Health Economics QALY Model — 3D Cost-Effectiveness Plane
The same QALY, ICER and probabilistic-sensitivity-analysis math as the 2D model, rendered as a genuine 3D Monte-Carlo point cloud on the cost-effectiveness plane, plus a 3D cost-effectiveness acceptability curve (CEAC) you can orbit and inspect.
Every point in the Monte-Carlo cloud is a genuine 3D coordinate: X encodes the drawn incremental QALY gain, Z encodes the drawn incremental cost, and Y encodes that draw's own Net Monetary Benefit (WTP × ΔQALY − ΔCost) — the same formula the 2D model uses to color its probability readout. The CEAC view sweeps willingness-to-pay from $0 to $200,000/QALY through the identical logistic probability function and extrudes the result as a real 3D tube (Three.js TubeGeometry along a Catmull-Rom curve), not a flat plane viewed at an angle.
