🧪 Rapamycin Trial Aging Biomarker Simulator — 3D

A genuine 3D companion to the Rapamycin Clinical Trial Aging Biomarker Simulator: the same month-into-trial and treatment-arm inputs drive the epigenetic clock, inflammatory panel, function composite score and biomarker-vs-outcome gap — now replayed as five real 3D clusters you can orbit freely in WebGL.

This is the same illustrative biomarker model as the 2D simulator: a "months into trial" input (0–24) and a "treatment arm" input (placebo vs. rapamycin) drive four linear trend formulas — epigenetic-clock age change, inflammatory marker change, an aggregate biomarker trend score, and a derived physical-function composite — plus a qualitative surrogate-confidence label that steps up as the trial matures. In 3D, those same numbers now drive five real WebGL clusters you can orbit around: a dual-rail particle timeline contrasting the short surrogate-marker horizon with the decades-long clinical endpoint; a ring of 48 methylation nodes with a needle that swings to the current epigenetic-age delta; three cytokine columns (CRP, IL-6, TNF-α) whose height and rising particle motes track the inflammatory trend; a partial-torus gauge whose fill and core color reflect the function composite score; and a dual-ribbon plot comparing the biomarker trend curve against the lagged, damped clinical-outcome curve across the full 24-month range, with a marker ball at the current month. Switching the focus-cluster control flies the camera to each cluster in turn, exactly mirroring the 2D version's five-stage walkthrough.
