Pediatric ICU Nutrition — 3D

Orbit a full 3D version of the pediatric ICU nutrition calculator — five real depth-axis stations for the age-based caloric/protein curve, metabolic stress bars, enteral vs parenteral anatomy, protein-vs-calorie tracking and the growth timeline, arranged around a walkable ring.

This is a genuine three-dimensional port of the site's 2D pediatric ICU nutrition calculator, reusing its exact age-banded caloric and protein model — not a decorative reskin. Where the 2D version stepped through five stages on a single flat canvas, this scene lays the same five concepts out as real stations around a 3D ring: the age-based kcal/kg and protein g/kg curves now run on two separate depth planes above the same age axis, the metabolic-stress comparison is three actual 3D bar volumes instead of flat rectangles, and the enteral-vs-parenteral feeding route is a real curved tube through a torso volume instead of a 2D silhouette sketch. Orbit freely, or use Prev/Next to fly the camera between stations the same way the original stepped through stages.

⚙ Under the hood

Same math as the 2D original — kcal/day = weight × age-banded kcal/kg, protein g/day = weight × age-banded protein g/kg, the metabolic stress bars use the identical baseline / ×1.35 classic-factor / live-measured formulas, and the protein-vs-calorie and growth timelines reuse the original's exact day-by-day and week-by-week fraction formulas — each rendered on its own depth (Z) plane instead of two overlapping 2D lines.
