Nanobot Self-Assembly: Brownian Clustering (2D)

2D companion to the nanobot self-assembly simulator: Brownian-motion particles cluster via a temperature-dependent bonding probability, with a live cluster-size histogram and bonded-fraction time series.

This 2D companion drives the same stochastic bonding model as the 3D nanobot self-assembly simulator through a flat, physics-first canvas view: nanobots random-walk inside a square chamber and bond into clusters at a rate set by thermal agitation, bond strength and bond range, while two extra readout panes — a live cluster-size histogram and a bonded-fraction trend line — expose the assembly kinetics that the 3D scene only implies.
