🫀 3D Human Physiology Simulator

A genuine 3D WebGL companion to the Human Physiology Simulator: a body model whose heart, lungs, brain glow and organ-health aura respond in real time to the same six vital-sign parameters, rendered in real 3D space.

This is the 3D companion to the Human Physiology Simulator. Instead of flat status dots on a schematic outline, six vital signs — heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen level, body temperature, respiratory rate and organ health — drive a real 3D body model: the heart pulses at the chosen BPM, the lungs expand and contract at the chosen breaths-per-minute (labouring harder as oxygen drops), the brain's glow shifts with body temperature, a translucent aura scales and brightens with organ health, and a stream of particles circulates around the torso at a speed set by blood pressure. The same normalisations used by the 2D original (heart rate over 120, oxygen over 100, temperature relative to 36°C, health over 100) drive the 3D motion, so both versions read the same vitals the same way.
