😴 Melatonin Circadian Timing Simulator (3D)
The same endogenous-rhythm and dose-timing math as the 2D clock, now wound into a real 3D relief coil around a 24-hour cylinder — orbit the camera to inspect the phase shift, dose marker, DLMO and bedtime pillars from any angle.
Same math as the 2D original — an endogenous melatonin curve melatoninLevel(hour) = exp(-(Δh)²/32) peaking near 02:00, the same dose-timing/dose-amount phase-shift model, and the same alignment/recommendation thresholds — rendered as a genuine 3D structure: a tube swept along a CatmullRomCurve3 whose height rises and falls with the melatonin level around a 24-hour ring, instead of a flat polar plot. The dose marker, DLMO reference and target-bedtime marker become 3D pillars you can walk the camera around.
