Polski💉 SELECT Trial 3D Cohort Map
3D companion to the SELECT trial simulator: two patient-cohort lattices float on separate depth planes and a Kaplan-Meier survival ribbon rises above them as follow-up months advance — the same weight-loss, hs-CRP and MACE model, walked out in genuine 3D space.
Each patient sphere carries a pre-seeded event month drawn from the same inverted cumulative-incidence function as the 2D simulator, so it only turns red and pulses once the follow-up slider reaches that patient's real event month. The Kaplan-Meier ribbon's height at any point equals 100% minus that arm's cumulative MACE%, so the visible gap between the green and grey curves is the same relative-risk-reduction number shown in the readout panel — not a separate illustration.
