🤝 Royalty Rate Negotiation — 3D

This is the same negotiation model as the 2D royalty rate simulator: a peak-sales scenario slider and a competitive-intensity slider drive the identical tiered royalty schedule (8% up to $500M net sales, 12% from $500M–$1B, 16% above $1B) and the identical blended-effective-rate formula, while a comparable-deals median and a four-layer royalty stack (platform IP, composition-of-matter, manufacturing, diagnostic co-dependency) use the same underlying numbers as the original. In 3D, the comparable deals settle onto a real rate axis as a floating point cloud, the three sales tiers become real extruded towers with the active tier glowing and a translucent plane marking the live blended rate, the upstream royalty obligations stack into a real tower whose total height tracks the stacking formula, and the final locked provisions orbit as rings — all inspectable from any angle via free camera orbit.
