🔬 What It Demonstrates
Residue only strips fastest during the caustic and acid stages, and only within an effective temperature band for each — pre-rinse, intermediate rinse and sanitizer mostly flush or disinfect rather than chemically clean.

Step through the five CIP stages, tune solution temperature and spray-ball flow to see wall coverage clean faster or stall, then run the ATP swab test — it only passes once both cleanliness and a completed sanitizer contact are satisfied.

Commercial CIP programmes validate each stage's time, temperature, concentration and flow (the classic "TACT" variables) precisely because any one being out of range can leave a biofilm the next batch of honey would sit in.
