3D Scabies & Permethrin Treatment
Orbit a real Three.js body model — the same per-site burrow clearance and itch-decay math as the 2D treatment simulator, now a genuine 3D scene you can fly around while the mite and itch readouts respond live.
This is the 3D companion to the Scabies Permethrin Treatment Simulator: the same per-site burrow math — seven anatomical sites (finger webs, wrists, waistline, elbow folds), each seeded with 2–5 mites and 3–7 eggs, with treatment coverage applied by visibility priority — now drives a genuine, freely-orbitable Three.js body model instead of a flat front-on canvas. Move the application-coverage and weeks-since-treatment sliders and watch each burrow site clear or stay infested exactly as in the 2D version — treated sites drop to about 15% of their mite load during application and to zero once overall coverage reaches 80% at outcome — while a genuine 3D bar-chart floats beside the body tracking the same fixed itch-decay curve across six weeks.
The exact per-site clearance and itch-decay math from the 2D original (coverage-ranked site treatment, ceil(mites×0.15) partial clearance, full clearance at ≥80% coverage, fixed six-week itch-decay curves) drives a real Three.js scene: a procedurally built body (torso, arms, legs from cylinder-between-points geometry) with burrow markers at each site, and a genuine 3D histogram whose bar heights are computed live from the same decay arrays as the 2D chart.
