Population PK/PD Bayesian Dosing — 3D

Orbit a full 3D Bayesian dosing model where population clearance uncertainty is rendered as a literal spatial axis — watch the fan of possible concentration-time curves collapse toward the posterior estimate as TDM samples arrive.

This is a genuine three-dimensional port of the site's 2D Bayesian TDM dosing simulator, reusing its exact one-compartment pharmacokinetic model and conjugate normal-normal Bayesian update — not a decorative reskin. The population's clearance uncertainty, which the 2D version could only show as translucent overlapping lines, is here mapped onto a literal depth (Z) axis: sixteen sampled concentration-time curves fan out in front-to-back space in proportion to how uncertain the population prior is about this patient's true clearance. As TDM samples are collected and the Bayesian posterior narrows, that fan visibly flattens toward the front z=0 plane — turning an abstract "reduction in variance" into something you can watch collapse in real 3D space while orbiting freely around it.

⚙ Under the hood

Same math as the 2D original — one-compartment IV bolus PK (Cₜ = Σ(Dose/Vd)·e^(−CL/Vd·t)), a log-normal population prior on clearance, and a precision-weighted conjugate Bayesian update per TDM sample — with population uncertainty rendered as a real spatial (Z) dimension instead of alpha-blended overlapping lines.
